Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and account activity. You may receive up to 15 messages per month depending on your interactions with our practice, particularly if you have multiple upcoming appointments. Transactional messages (appointment reminders, billing notifications) are sent as needed in connection with your care. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific plan and any charges that may apply. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
